Aklo was a small press publication released by Roger Dobson and Mark Valentine.

Subtitled "A Journal of the Fantastic", Aklo was released annually during the 1980s and 1990s. The first issue appeared in Spring 1988, with issue 2 released in Summer 1989, issue 3 in Winter 1990/1991, and issue 4 in Summer 1991. Issue 5 was published in Autumn 1992 as a hardcover book by Tartarus Press.

Aklo celebrated the authors of the 1890s, focusing primarily on Arthur Machen and his circle, but also featuring articles on Ernest Dowson, John Gawsworth, Lautreamont, Richard Middleton, M.P. Shiel, and Montague Summers.

Contributors to the zine issues #1 to #4 included Roger Dobson, John Gale, Edward Holroyd, S.T. Joshi, Alan W. Lear, D.F. Lewis, Simon MacCulloch, Mark Valentine, Ron Weighell, and Alexandra Zaina.

Also included were reprints of writing by Count Stenbock and Arthur Ransome.
