My First Zine was written by five year old Alyssa, as a limited edition of 50 copies which were sold at the London Zine Symposium in 2010.
The zine had drawings, pictures stuck in, writing and was all about her having some creative fun. The zine was sold for donations, all funds were donated to her school for a new interactive whiteboard. In total she raised £19.74 for the 50 zines. A second issue of the zine has also been published.
Alyssa is the daughter of the editor of Lights Go Out Zine.
