CTRPLLR

CTRPLLR is a community based zine that was started in September 2005 by Marc Lecompte in Waterloo, Ontario. CTRPLLR is completely open submission, and has a policy of printing anything that is sent in, without any editing. It is a monthly zine, laid out with cut and paste and the love of the people involved in doing so.
While CTRPLLR does not have a website, it's web presence can be found at: www.myspace.com/ctrpllr or by searching "CTRPLLR commune" on Facebook.
