Personal Industrial Revolution is a perzine published in Hammond, IN USA, by Veriria Phoenix. Its focus is on DIY lifestyle, getting healthier, Steampunk and other random things.
Issue One
Issue one of Personal Industrial Revolution is a Steampunk themed issue. There is a brief introduction to the Steampunk aesthetic, which includes: a brief summary of the literary genre and fashion, a list of some of the first Steamy bands, noteworthy books and movies, and fashion archetypes. Other pieces include how the editor started reading zines, her job working onboard the USA's only national passenger railroad, and performing in the local Rocky Horror Picture Show cast.
