Mathom was a science fiction fanzine published by the Houston Science Fiction Society.
Mathom was published in Houston, Texas, U.S.A., and was the official organ of the Houston Science Fiction Society, restablished by Joanne Burger, H.H. Hollis, Joseph F. Pumilia, Lisa Tuttle, and Bill Wallace.
Lisa Tuttle founded, edited and published the first few issues of the fanzine.
