The Neighbors was a skater zine produced in Omaha, Nebraska, by John Shartrand AKA "Shorty" in 1992.
The zine went through several names: Bomb Shelter (1993), Snow Chicken (1994), and AJ Rules (1997). Whatever the name, the zines covered Omaha's punk and skateboarding scenes and included band interviews, comics, collages, and humor.
