Written in 2004 as an adaptation of the author's MA research into feminist activism, I'm Not Waiting (subtitled: "Doin' It Yrself, Now") offers challenges to the constructions of feminist activism within, and as a result of, action by women's DIY music communities.
As well as a large narrative addressing and challenging aesthetics, logics and notions of feminist activism and activist theories, the zine also acts as a directory of DIY feminist projects occuring within the UK.
