Coupons was a zine from Oakland, California, U.S.A. by Hekka Bekka and Rug Rat.
The zine was titled after the zine editors' inside joke of their lisp when they would say, "True Punks." The zine's content covered the punk/HC scene, sex, straight edge, drugs & alcohol, gossip and humor. The layout was often hastily done and often had clip art for imagery.
