A travel zine is a sub-genre of zines about travel and life on the road. Travel zines often take the form of journals documenting the people the zinester meets and places the zinester goes. Sometimes travel zines act more like a guidebook which focuses much more specifically on the area itself and less on the zinester's actual trip. Some people also group zines about a specific area (like Brooklyn!) in with travel zines, even though they aren't about traveling per se.
