Anthony Abelaye writes and publishes Whuddafug, a zine based (and primarily distributed) in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. In the early 90's, he published a zine called Musings from a Post St. Apt., copies of which are extremely rare and if found can probably be sold on eBay for at least three bucks.
