Idiot's Manifesto was a literary/ art zine based out of Mansfield Ohio from the summer of 2004 to the summer of 2005. 4 issues were published. The zine was created and edited by Royce Icon and focuses on experimental art and poetry, especially things of a DADA, Absurdist, or just plain vulgar nature.
