Rejected Band Names was a perzine by Jerianne Thompson, published from 1999 to 2004 with 8 issues. Each issue's subtitle and cover art featured a different rejected band name. The zine included pieces about Jerianne's life in the Bay Area, friendships and relationships, travelogues. Rejected Band Names #7: Big Wheel was about the death of her sister and her subsequent move back to Tennessee.
"Train Won't Stop" (from issue #4) appeared in Zine Yearbook, vol. 5. "DIY Wills" (from issue #7) appeared in the Zine Yearbook, vol. 7.
