File 13 is a now defunct perzine written by Elliott Stewart.

File 13 was an account of Stewart's teenage life, much in the style of a blog before blogging became popular. Although the overall tone of the zine was light-hearted and humorous, it often dealt with dark issues such as poverty, domestic abuse, foster care, social anxiety disorder, and death.

File 13 had a quarter-size computerized layout. The cover used old family photographs and 1920s era clipart. The inside was text-only and included an introduction, a mini-biography of Stewart, and a final "outro" that summed up the issue with a photograph and a song lyrics. It spanned seven issues from May 2002 to July 2003.
