'''Riot Grrrl Press''' was first started in 1992 by Erika Reinstein and May Summer in Washington, DC when the riot grrrl movement was still popular. The distro went with them throughout the mid-1990s when they would both move to both Olympia, WA and Chicago, IL. Their known method of distribution was to make the zine copies from flats sent in by the zine writers. The last known proprietors were the late 90's chapter of Riot Grrrl DC, although there were few buzzes of re-starting Riot Grrrl Press in the early 2000's by the occasional girl, nothing ever materialized.
