Hard Times was a fanzine published by Amy Beth Yates and, at other times, by Ron Gregorio.
Produced in the 1980's in Maywood, New Jersey, Hard Times was a punk zine. Bands such as Samhain, Flipper, Butthole Surfers, Violent Femmes, Meatmen, and Dead Milkmen were covered. The correspondence page is full of letters from people such as Henry Rollins, Tesco Vee, Gerard Cosley and other disgruntled subjects of the Hard Times journalists.
