The University of Kentucky Zine Collection opened October 19, 2006. The collection's focus includes zines produced in or discussing issues related to the Southern United States or those with an environmental slant (global warming, bikes, veganism, sustainable communities, etc.)
The collection is accessible through the Breckinridge Room of the Margaret I. King Library (179 Funkhouser Drive) on the University of Kentucky's campus in Lexington, Kentucky, and is open to the public from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. The collection is non-circulating.
