The Brave New Tick, originally called Graftographic Press, then The Bloated Tick, and finally, The Brave New Tick, was established 1985 in Grafton, Massachusetts by Paul N. Dion. Graftographic Press was a spin-off of the Graftographic BBS System that was available by 300 baud modem from 1985-1987. Yes, folks, 300 baud.
The Brave New Tick featured many writers and artists from all around the world. Selected Contributors:
