Rural urban (2006) is a collaborative zine by stencil artist Tom Civil and Ned Ridl. The zine is introduced as follows: "This was made at the shed at the end of 2006 by the evil brothers Tom & Ned. After a year of 6000kms apart we come together for our first zine collaboration."

Rural urban features a range of cut and paste photographs, drawings and text illustrating the rural/urban divide between Melbourne, Victoria where Tom Civil is based, and Turkey Creek, Western Australia, where Ned Ridl is based. It also features two diagrams for modifying a guitar case and a briefcase for stencil/ graffiti and guerilla gardening.
