Writer's Block was a music zine published by Mike Appelstein who also created Caught in Flux. It ran from 1985-1991.
According to Mike Appelstein: "We were big fans of The Big Takeover, Conflict, Maximum Rock N Roll and Jersey Beat, and saw no reason why we couldn't do one ourselves."
