Frame 609 was a super emo perzine based out of Boston, Massachusetts by Mike F., formerly the co-editor of Adhesive X. Three issues were printed between 1997 and 1999.

All three issues were pretty similar and were concerned with the continued adventures of the editor's life in both New Hampshire and Boston. Day-to-day life and rock shows were documentive in sometimes exhaustive detail.

Mike F. later changed his name back to Michael T. Fournier and wrote the book on the Minutemen's "Double Nickels On The Dime" album as the 45th installment of Continuum Press's 33 1/3 series.
