Crimewave USA is a zine published by Mark Maynard and his wife Linette Lao.
Contributors have included Gregory Hischak, Russ Forster, Jeff Kay and others. It includes a variety of material, including first-person anecdotes, comics, and interviews with people the publishers admire, such as Mo Tucker, Howard Finster, Neil Hamburger and Daniel Pinkwater and groups like Pylon and Half Japanese. A piece written by Maynard about participating in a television talk show was reprinted in The Factsheet Five Zine Reader.
