Founder and developer of Diysearch. Originally starting with zine publishing in 1988 with a small two issue run fanzine called Empty Words. From there was Upstate Zine, a popular hardcore/straight edge zine chronicalling the goings on of the Syracuse New York hardcore scene.
In addition to helping to run other zines such as Basic Motor Skills, Typograpunx and Japh, Palmer also went on to start Minusone zine, a geek/culture zine that comes out whenever time permits.
