William Georgiades was the editor of Perkins Press during its run from 1990 to 1994. It was named after its location: Perkins Ave. in Northampton, Massachusetts. The zine was printed on tabloid newsprint. What was probably the final issue of Perkins Press, issue 13 (Fall '94), was reviewed by R. Seth Friedman in Factsheet Five #54 and described as "An enjoyable personal newspaper, occasionally published by Will Georgiades.
