William P. Tandy is a zinester living in the Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A. area.
He is best known for his Baltimore-themed zine, Smile, Hon, You're in Baltimore!, published by Eight-Stone Press. He is an avid photographer and has written about his treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
William has also contributed to other zines including The Hungover Gourmet and Rigor Mortis (as Grim Pickens).
