Flaneur has been published intermittently in London since the late 1990s. It is a mix of fine art, short stories and reviews, as well as satire and humour.

Flaneur is a home-brewed lo-fi zine. It is usually 20 A5 photocopied black and white pages, although the cover is sometimes in colour. Each issue contains the work of new artists and writers from around the world.
