Asinine was a 32-page A5 short literary fiction zine created both in Geelong and Box Hill North, Victoria, Australia by John Stevens and Clare Banks between 2002-2003. It was to continue as a serial publication, although only the one issue was ever produced.
Funding from the Boroondara City Council covered the photocopying costs of the first run of 100 copies.
