Joe Bevill is a Savannah, Georgia-based zinester and cartoonist.
Joe is a current Sequential Art major at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is also a member of the Zine Team, a Savannah-based zine and minicomic collective. His weekly comic strip Get Bent runs weekly in The District, the student newspaper of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
