CTRPLLR is a community based zine that was started in September 2005 by Marc Lecompte in Waterloo, Ontario.
CTRPLLR is completely open submission, and has a policy of printing anything that is sent in, without any editing. It is a monthly zine, laid out by cut and paste and the love of the people involved in doing so.
