Ashley Parker Owens is a zine editor.
She was the founder and original editor of the mail art zine Global Mail. She is also the author of Clean Restrooms This Exit, and California Is a Funny Place. As well, she was a speaker at the Underground Press Conference of 1994.
She is currently writing the Gnome Stories series. Gnome Harvest is available as a paperback at Lulu [1] and at the publisher Double Dragon at [2]
