Zine-o-Mat is a zine vending machine located in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Aotearoa (New Zealand).
A former Snackmate machine, it was repurposed by zinester Erin Fae as a zine gallery and can be currently found in Auckland Central City Library, adjacent to the library's extensive zine collection or Zine Zone.
Contents
The vending machine dispenses mini / small zines made by local, Kiwi zinesters, prioritising those made by marginalised, queer and POC voices. Its goal is to make self-publishing more accessible. As such, each zines costs just NZ$2.
Submission guidelines for the Zine-o-Mat can be found on Fae's website.
