'''.zap!!''' is the [[Amateur Press Association]] (APA) for the [[alt.zines]] Usenet newsgroup. 

Several issues were published in 1995-1996 by [[Heath Row]] and featured contributions by zinemakers such as [[Larrybob]] ([[Holy Titclamps]]), Sir Kochaca Pantsleep ([[Baby Split Bowling News]]), [[Jerod Pore]] ([[Poppin' Zits]], [[Factsheet Five]]), and others.

The APA was relaunched in late 2008 after about a decade hiatus. Two issues have been published since late 2008, featuring contributions by James Dawson, [[John Porcellino]], [[Jeff Somers]], Fred Wright, and others. The new publishing schedule is quarterly, and participation is no longer limited to alt.zines contributors, although it's encouraged.
