The Zinefest Mülheim is a zine event in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.

The first Zinefest Mülheim was held on Saturday, March 8th, 2008 at the AZ Mülheim in Mülheim an der Ruhr. It was organized by Fabien Elster of Erode Releases, Fredolin Kiesewetter and Peter Strickmann of Flupb zines.
Exhibitors tabled on twenty six stalls included Corndog, Can I Scream Distro, Erode Releases, Marching stars, It's not just boys' fun, Else Joffi, Mujinga, Toilet Paper, Trust, The ocean roars, Biologisch abbaubare Illusionen, Katzilla, Kids in Misery, Emo.Core and Mad moron's mirror.
Event included the bands Blockshot, Bollo, Les Trucs and Cotopaxi; the films $100 & A T-Shirt: A Documentary About Zines in the Northwest and "Trash Talking" from Paper Rad; making a communal zine; a reading corner; and an art exhibition from Franka Lewandowski.
April 25th and 26th, 2009
The second Zinefest Mülheim was in April 25th and 26th, 2009 organized by Fabien Elster, Fredolin Kiesewetter and Anselm Lorenz.
Most of the parts were outside like the fifteen stalls including Can I Scream Distro, Else Joffi, Carrots and rotten cars, Click Clack Gorilla, Apocalypse Books, Die Kung-Fu Hund, Rough, Mujinga, The ocean roars, Katzilla, Meeresbande, Kids in Misery and Emo.Core. Other activities included a book binding workshop with Sandra Sofakartoffel, zine readings, acoustic bands and breakfast.
Other parts were inside the AZ like the lecture about the history of the zine culture, food, crafting the communal zine, and bands like Me Ship, A Giraffe, Fyoelk, Dreamers Cloth, and Mujinga as the DJ.
