Vice City is a zine/production company based out of Providence Rhode Island founded by Taylor Warf.
It started mid 2011 with a one page fold out and a compilation tape of Providence musicians. Now it continues to grow everyday. Vice City zine comes out monthly, and is distributed in the Rhode Island area as well as random locations around the world.
