Vampire Index was a science fiction fanzine by Benson 'Boff' Perry.

The Vampire Index was published January 2, 1948 in Durham, New Hampshire, U.S.A. it was a complete index of the contents of Vampire fanzine, published in Dover, New Jersey, U.S.A. from 1945 till 1947 by Joe Kennedy.

The contents of Vampire Index were as follows:
Introduction; Section One: A Chronological Index; Section Two: An Alphabetical Index; Section Three: An Authors Index; Section Four: An Artists Index; Section Five: A Correspondents Index.

Vampire Index was distributed through both FAPA and SAPS. Copies were also published by the National Fantasy Fan Federation for free distribution to its members. Apart from these distribution routes, Vampire Index was also available to the general public.

Boff Perry also published the fanzine Cygni. More recently, as reported in Vegas Fandom Weekly, Taral Wayne dedicated his F.T. Laney project, The Louche Knight - The Quest of Francis Towner Laney to Perry.
