Under The Ozone Hole was a science fiction fanzine published by John W. Herbert and Karl Johanson.

Under The Ozone Hole was first published from 1992 till 1996 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The title was revived in 2005 by editor John Herbert.

Contributors of writing to the 1990s issues included Chuck Bell, Adam Charlesworth (Neology), Brian D. Clarke, Roy Fisher, Philip Freeman, John Wilcox Herbert, Laura Atkins Houghton, Paula Johanson (The Central Ganglion), Stephanie Johanson, E.B. Klassen (The Central Ganglion), David Gordon-MacDonald (Atavachron, The Central Ganglion), Andrew C. Murdoch, F.F. "Bones" Norman, Dave Panchyk, Robert Runté (The Monthly Monthly, Neology), Carol and Colin Scheidl, and Dale Sproule (TransVersions).

Contributors of art work included Tricia Evans, Karl Johanson, Stephanie Johanson, Dwight Lockhart, and Barb McLean, among others.
