The Associate Editors were Donald Wollheim, John B. Michel, David A. Kyle and Arthur L. Selikowitz. It was published in Long Island City, New York, U.S.A. by Willian S. Sykora. It was a stapled 40 page fanzine.

This publication included articles by H. P. Lovecraft, fiction by J. Harvery Haggard and Milton Rothman, and poetry by Clark Ashtomn Smith.
