The Hunted News was a literary zine edited and published by Mike Wood in Providence, RI from 1990 through 1996. It ran for three issues and featured poetry and stories, with music reviews. Some of the writers featured were Sparrow, Hal Sirowitz, Darryl Smyers, Thad Rutkowski, SF Roberts, and Charles Bukowski.

The zine also featured a continuing rant on popular culture called "Shit From Old Notebooks", after The Minutemen song of the same name.

In its time, The Hunted News was more noted for its cover art than its contents; several issues' covers were plastered in used book stores and record stores around Providence.
