For the first six months the issues appeared every month on the fourth, but by 1996 they had skipped a couple of issues. No further issues were put up after June of 1996. The article Onward to Utter Failure by Michael Sugar is being included in SaBean MoreL's collection The Sickest Individual Who Ever Thrived.
