Teen Punks in Heat was a raw-in-your face statement that used art and stories to push an agenda of edgy smut. Editor Ben Weasel was also singing for Screeching Weasel at the time of publication in the late 1980's/early 1990's. One issue of the zine came with the seven inch Screeching Weasel record "I Want to Be a Homosexual."
