T.R. Miller is an artist from Milltown, New Jersey.

Miller was the creator of the comic Luhey's Doggie Doodles. He was an avid fan of zines and corresponded with numerous zinesters during the '90s.

During his zine career, Miller was regularly (and often ironically) name-checked in Crimewave USA, on alt.zines and elsewhere. His work (which, according to Jeff Chapman's edition of the alt.zines FAQ, "many find funny, in a sad way") was parodied in Farm Pulp.
