Strap and buckle was a one-off zine created in North Ringwood, Victoria, Australia by John Stevens in November 2001. It represented the final product of a desktop publishing project, as well as being the first zine attributed to that author.
Circulation is uncertain, as the title has been re-printed numerous times throughout the decade.
