Shane Bugbee (b. 1968 in Lubbock, TX) is a writer, publisher, promoter and ex-zinester living in Chicago. He published the zine Naked Aggression, organized the Angry White Male Tour and has promoted the careers of a variety of transgressive, self-consciously offensive writers, artists, musicians and public figures, most notably actress Dana Plato.

Among those who have worked with him, Bugbee is a controversial figure. Some, including Mike Diana, continue to publically support him, while others, including Jim Goad, have criticized his tastes and business practices. Writing for Zine World, Michael Jackman describes Bugbee as "one of the least charming people I've ever met."
