Sampled Silence is a one-person zine first published in the 1990s.

Three A6 issues have been published to date. The first two were produced in Glasgow, Scotland and consisted of various short prose pieces and graphics. The author has not had any copies of these issues for several years, but from memory the subtitle on one of them was 'theft, nihilism and melodrama for the purposes of entertainment.' The third issue is called 'The Bush Diaries'. It was produced in Sydney, Australia and consists of a short story based on the author's experiences picking fruit in rural Australia. Sampled Silence 3.1 is a short piece entitled 'Drugs in the Ground' which was included in an anthology called Cat Gods.
