Same Heartbeats is a feminist DIY perzine from Belgium, created by Nina Zina of Echo Zines who used to make Flapper Gathering. It's written in English. The first issue came out in 2007 and it's now up to its 18th issue which came out in 2021.

Same Heartbeats started out as a travel zine, about visiting ladyfests and other queer/feminist festivals, and evolved more to a personal-political zine adding writing about feminist criticism, activism, theory and crafts. It discusses the feminist movement, DIY subcultures, traveling to feminist events, craft actions, self-publishing and zines, alternative media as activism, democratic collective organising, feminist history, DIY and more. More personal writing about ageing, friendship, and gender expression was also included in later issues. The zine has included visits to the Pen Fight shop in Manchester, UK (#14), Swansea Zine Fest (#15), Swindon Zine Fest (#17), North West Zine Fest (#17) and Queer Zine Fest London (#7).

The zine contains text as well as black-white illustrations, collages, and comics. It's copied on recycled paper and hand-bound with colourful yarn. Issue 4 includes a hand-printed lino print on its cover and some issues have hand-coloured hearts or stars on its cover.

Same Heartbeats is sold by Echo Zines, Nina Zina's zine project. It can be found at zine fests, Ladyfests and other feminist events, at the Alternative Bookfair (Alternatieve Boekenbeurs) in Ghent, Belgium, in some zine distros, and in zine libraries such as Shelf Zine Library in Ghent, Belgium. Grassroots Feminism has published an interview about the zine.
