Rotten To The Core is a punk zine.

Released in the UK, the zine announces itself as "Nottingham's Only New Wave Fanzine". The first issue appeared in January of 1977, and a number of issues were published. The editor, Dave Chaos, says, "it's named after Johnny Rotten...". The zine covers bands such as the Sex Pistols, The Adverts, Alternative TV, Generation X, Penetration, Chelsea, The Models and The Unwanted. Contributors include Tony D. of Ripped & Torn zine.

Rotten To The Core proclaims itself on its cover as "Recommended to Guttersnipes".
