Robin Bougie (born Robin Joel Bougie July 28th 1973) is a comic book artist, freelance writer, and self publisher of Cinema Sewer, Sleazy Slice, The Ex-Revenge Project, The Incest Project, The John Project, as well as over 40 other publications which he has put out since 1991.

He was born in Uranium City, Saskatchwan (now a ghost town), and during his zine-creating years has lived in the Canadian cities and towns of Saskatoon, Chemainus, and his current home, Vancouver, British Columbia, where he currently resides with his wife Rebecca Dart.

In recent years, Bougie plied his writing trade not only in Cinema Sewer, but as a porn industry journalist in magazines such as Screw, Fox, Lollipops, and for websites like sexwrecks.com, culturalgutter.com, and for Something Weird Video.

In October of 2007, UK film book publisher FAB Press released a Cinema Sewer compendium of the best of the first twelve issues of the zine, which also featured over 80 pages of all new material.

Comics work has appeared in The Curio Shoppe, BJ Betty, Twisted Vixen, Porn Hounds, Screw, Vancouver Special, and Drippytown. He also owned an operated a handpainted t-shirt shop and comic store called “Minds Eye Artwear” in Saskatoon, Saskatchwan from 1991 to 1992. He was a member of the Small Press League from 1992 to 1994 and is currently an active member of the Crown Commission comics collective, and has been since 2002.
