Purple Monkey Dishwasher (Modbury North, S.A.: Purple Monkey Dishwasher, 199?-) was an Australian zine released in the 1990's.

The cover of one issue was printed on lavender paper, and featured a drawing of The Creature From The Black Lagoon, a monster from a cheap science fiction movie from the 1950's.

A review of Purple Monkey Dishwasher #6 is contained in Milk bar, pages 122-124.

Purple Monkey Dishwasher was one of a select number of zines featured in Magazines: An Exhibition of Material from the Monash University Library Collection, which ran from the 19th of December, 2002 until the 5th of May, 2003.
