Names that apply are "pups", Dave, or Puppy Dave - all work. Dave has lived in Chicago for nine years and has been making zines for half his life. His first zine was in 1993 was called "Consume" and it was done with Jon Pixie. They had poems and rants and lots of swearing and "home made bomb" recipies - which landed them in trouble in the seventh grade. There was only one issue of that zine made. A year later, they started a zine called Dresspants which was simmilar, but without so much blantant rage for the schoolsystem. They put out ten issues together until the year 1997. He currently writes a "per/queer/punk" zine called Black Carrot (#1-#4). He has written zine called Sebrakakku ("Zebra Cake") and some other famous oneshots such as How I Learned To Love Myself and Occasionally Other Men and Willow Run and I Like To Taste Things. He runs a zine/tape distro called Grilled Tuna which likes to operate on trade, but is not picky. Zines are a hobby of his. His favorite bands are Team Dresch, Mob 47, Skitsystem, Homomalitia, Confuse, Battle of Disarm, etc. His favorite zines are Assasian and The Whiner, Food Geek, Ten Foot Rule, Red Hooded Sweatshirt, Slug and Lettuce.
