Penelope Harris lives in Vancouver, Canada. She co-ordinates a monthly ATC trading group and 2 or 3 times a year hosts a collaborative group project, usually a book of some kind. She also attends Artfest and/or Journalfest in Port Townsend, WA each year and belongs to a small art journalling group that meets 4 times a year for creative retreats.
Penelope hosts a monthly ArtMakers MiniZine swap, and has written multiple mini-zines and art zines.
