Papa Tofu is a vegan cookzine written by New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A. resident Carolyn "Kittee" Berns.
Published in 2007, Papa Tofu is a compilation of vegan recipes from the author's website, "Cooking by Kittee." The zine is divided into sections including Ethiopian, Southern/New Orleans, and Tooth Rotters (desserts). It also includes vegan information and advice and a few craft projects.
